Our Founder and Executive Vice President Chris Russo will be speaking at the Emerging Technology Forum in Anaheim, CA. The Emerging Technology Forum is a two-day event created to meet the needs of public safety communications professionals who want an overview of technologies that are on the horizon. The landscape of public safety communications is ever-changing and the Emerging Technology Forum will get you up to speed on what you need to know.

About Chris

After witnessing numerous people who suffered injuries of loss of life due to a lack of communication during a crisis, Chris realized that the smartphone could be a game-changing tool for personal and public safety. Chris is a lifelong First Responder and has received numerous awards recognizing his outstanding career in fire services, incident response and public safety education.

For the past five years, Chris served as Deputy Fire Chief of Hull, Massachusetts. Chris has rescued people in harms way for over 25 years, working in fire, medical and maritime rescue operations. Chris has personally been involved in many high profile events, including the Response and Reconnaissance team at Ground Zero 9/11, the Response team at Worcester Cold Storage Fire, the rescuing of kayakers trapped in Weir river, the rescue of 175 people from a commuter boat in Boston Harbor and many more emergency incidents.
