BART & ELERTS win METRO’s Innovative Solutions Award for “Not One More Girl”

To combat harassment on their system, San Francisco’s BART teamed with ELERTS for a program that combines low-tech and high-tech communication, which engages the public and empowers them to discreetly and safely interrupt harassment on trains.
