Transit Agencies Best Practices: San Fran BART

Our transit agency customer, San Francisco’s BART, is doing a great job using social media to communicate to customers about their BART Watch app. Take, for example, this cool video that was promoted across social channels such as Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.  This is a great way to show customers how the app works and how easy it is to use for incident reporting to increase safety and security. Great job, guys!
